Associate Manager, Finance Shared Services (T&E)

This position will be supporting the Travel & Expense function in Finance Shared Services managing a team of close to 5 resources. The role will be responsible for implementing or creating audits strategy. The role is based out of Noida office & will work in 11:30am to 8:30pm IST shift.

• Manage team of 5 Noida based T&E Analysts
• Supervise/audit employee expenses in Concur for compliance with company
reimbursement policy
• Troubleshoot day to day concerns relating to T&E and provide judgment calls
based on T&E policy
• Manage Concur system administration as a Program Admin.
• Drive group focus on customer service and maintain a high level of
responsiveness to inquiries (email/phone)
• Supervise/execute T&E accounting activities in Oracle GL
• Assist with Management reporting dashboard by Concur Intelligence/Cognos
• Assist in T&E trainings for employees using expense reimbursement application
(Concur) and corporate cards
• Maintain Global T&E policies and collaborate with business groups as needed
• Assist in implementing/developing T&E audit strategies based on trending analysis and statutory requirements for different regions as well as support transitions/projects as needed
• Assist in internal/external audit exercises


• 8-12 total years of work experience with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work
experience in T&E and 2-3 years of people management
• Bachelors of Commerce with a major in Accounting or Finance
• Must have experience in T&E accounting activities (journals, accruals,
reconciliations etc.)
• Experience in Concur and Oracle General Ledger will be preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience working remotely with a US multinational company would be a
• Ability to embrace technology and change
• Must be able to work with a high level of accuracy
• Self-motivated individual with extreme attention to detail and strong analytical
• Strong people and customer service skills, advocate positive working relationships
among internal and external customers
