Reporting to the Senior Director of Creative and Brand, the Associate Creative Director for our in-house agency will have their hands in everything brand-related for the organization as well as demand generation. As a leader on the Creative team you will spend your time leveraging our team’s creative communications skills as designers, writers, and creative problem solvers to drive demand and public awareness of the Kronos brand.

You will be collaborating with global Marketing, Industry, Product, and Engineering professionals to define and evolve the Kronos brand across all forms of visual communication. You will be focused on connecting branding, strategy, and demand generation goals and parameters. Not just to create their own work, but also directing the work of a team of five graphic designers through tight collaboration with the digital marketing team. Additional responsibilities will include presenting on brand governance and direction cross-vertically and maintaining the visual brand guidance for global consumption. This role requires an open-minded creative strategist with passion to push creatively while embracing the Kronos culture.

•Lead a team of five designers with focus on brand guidelines, high-end creative work, and personal development to thoughtfully evolve the Kronos brand
•Develop, create, and execute on demand generation and branding projects using best-practice marketing communications
•Manage and develop international vendors to support regional first market efforts with global brand governance, marrying consistency with smart flexibility and oversight
•Lead creative exploration, strategic visual development, and cross-vertical brand education
•Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager and Manager of Marketing Writing to refresh and maintain online experience across 14 global websites.


•5+ years managing a design team within an in-house or external agency model
•Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud with focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Digital Marketing toolsets.
•Bachelor’s Degree or similar in Graphic Design/Visual Communications
•Video and Interactive experience a bonus
