• Responsible for receiving, reviewing and entering orders submitted by our international team in Oracle to ensure compliance with Kronos policies and procedures.
• Identifies order entry issues & communicates back to the internal customer for resolution.
• Understands the transaction interactions of the source systems used to gather and create the billing data, not only from a financial perspective, but also from a business and operational perspective.
• Enters RMA, Credit & Re-bill requests into Oracle and follows up to ensure timely receipt of product. Researches and issues credit and obtains appropriate approvals prior to processing.
• Update and maintain current process documentation for all processes
• Position is highly focused on ensuring the quality of submitted orders to ensure appropriate recognition of revenue under US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Update and maintain Customer Records in Oracle by creating, changing and updating customer accounts in accordance with request forms and Kronos policy
• Update and maintain Supplier Records by setting up new vendors and making changes to existing vendors as required by Purchasing and Accounts Payable
• Actively manage shared mailboxes for Customer Registration and Supplier Registration processes to fulfil internal customer requests in a timely manner as outlined in established SLA’s
• Maintain Internal control processes by ensuring proper documentation of changes being made to customer and supplier records
• Fulfill customer licenses for specific Kronos product offerings
• Provide month end support to Order Processing team in fulfillment of licensing needs


• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in Finance / Oracle Sales Order Review
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM)
• Should have knowledge of Oracle
• Prior experience working remotely with a US multinational company would be a plus
• Must be able to work with a high level of accuracy
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Self-motivated individual with extreme attention to detail
• Strong people and customer service skills advocate positive working relationships among internal and external customers
