The duties of the Cloud Associate Manager are to ensure effective and efficient delivery Design and implement short and long-term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for infrastructure administration and establish KPIs for service level agreements. This role ensures that all services are delivered according to best practice ITIL based policies, procedures and standards.

•Participate in the development of cloud infrastructure strategies in collaboration with the cross functional stakeholders.
•Conduct research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all infrastructure procurement and development efforts.
•Manage and set priorities for maintenance, development, and evaluation of all infrastructure systems, including security and implementations
•Work with network team on performance and provide network performance statistics and reports; develop strategies for maintaining network infrastructure.
•Test server performance and provide network performance statistics and reports; develop strategies for maintaining server infrastructure.
•Establish and maintain regular communications with the peers and decision-makers, and stakeholders, regarding pertinent infrastructure activities.
•Practice IT asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation.
•Manage new implementation, including assigning, creating task and delivery dates

Qualifications

•8 - 12 years’ experience managing and delivering infrastructure design and operational excellence in a 24x7x365 hosted environment supporting enterprise Applications.
•Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery, as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments.
• Experience in mentoring and managing small team, bringing of an infrastructure team, preferably in a global environment.
•Strong experience in systems scaling and best of breed architecture in a hosted environment, including knowledge of application integration, scaling of SAN technologies, network scaling preferably in a Cisco environment, server scaling with knowledge of current and emerging system trends, and application scaling
•Hands-on experience in performance tuning and capacity planning.
•Knowledge of BigFix or nay other patching tool, vulnerability remediation, customer implementation, understanding of MS patching process.
•Application support experience with Virtualization and Windows (add-on Linux).
•Experience in interpreting the applicability of local and federal laws/regulations to company operations.
