Architect position to lead the architecture and the design to migrate the UKG applications platform from a monolithic platform to a services based architecture that will support the current and the next generation of UKG applications.

The candidate need to have at least 10+ years’ experience in cloud architecture and multi-tenant cloud services design and development.
• Develop strategic and long term architecture plans in close collaboration with Product Managers (POs) and the Master Architects to achieve the long term strategy for UKG applications platform.
• Evaluate of all the technologies needed to complete the designs
• Provide technical leadership within our UKG applications platform teams and support the Engineering teams during the development life cycle.
• Consolidate good practices that have been implemented to date while making them evolve: based on internal observations and experiences
• Design new micro-services components within the Workforce Dimensions platform (as part of a global initiative to be more micro-services oriented)
• Support the deployment automation and Cloud support for the workforce management services.

Qualifications

• University degree in the field of computer science (Master's degree preferred)
• 8 years or more of professional experience, at higher levels of responsibility, to develop highly available and scalable cloud services supporting a large-scale workforce management applications.
• Proven experience and success in microservices design, development, and could deployment
• Experience with the standard applications technology stack (Java, Spring, Rest, Google Cloud, SOA, Distributed architecture) and Experience with Cloud services design, deployment and monitoring.
