The Application Consultant (AC) is a key implementation resource, responsible for analyzing customer business requirements and processes and implementing optimal Kronos solutions for customers. The AC is also responsible for working with the Kronos Project Manager to meet project delivery milestones and budgets. The ideal candidate will be located in/around the Pembroke Pines, FL area, although qualified candidates in other US locations will be considered as well.

The AC will work in highly complex environments, requiring complex multi-product solutions and integration with other third-party products. The AC will also need to be highly adaptive to different customer environments and be able to independently handle discussions with project stakeholders and senior management. The AC will utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and configure the best solution for the customer requirements leveraging Industry Best Practices and standard Kronos configuration elements.
• Consult with customers on system configuration, industry specific features, system processes and procedures.
• Conduct requirement assessment workshops with customer team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare functional and technical solution design documents, configure and deliver the solution to the customer.
• Work with the project managers to align with project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with customers in a timely, professional manner and escalate issues to the Project Manager as necessary.
• Support the customer with their testing, provide training to customer to facilitate knowledge transfer and understanding of the solution.
• Portray a positive, proactive and professional work ethic to the customer.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction and referenceability for every customer.


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Computer Sciences or related field.
• 5 plus years of experience in implementing Time and Labor Collection software products required.
• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design and implementation required.
• Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing and User Acceptance Testing required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers and manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and a strong desire to excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience working with SQL relational database management systems. SQL scripting knowledge a plus.
• Experience implementing Time and Labor Collection solutions in Manufacturing or Aerospace & Defense industry a strong plus.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% as needed. Ideally the candidate will reside in the Pembroke Pines FL area, though other locations will be considered
