This position will be a part of the Global Finance Services group in support of the Pricing function in Finance team. This position will be based out of Kronos’ Noida office in India and will report to the Manager of Shared Services who is based out of Noida and will directly partner with the Pricing Finance team. Further, this position will operate during 11:30am IST to 8:30pm IST.

Primary Responsibilities
• Assist with creation and distribution of monthly/Quarterly reporting packages using both financial and operational based metrics while adhering to deadlines
• Closely work with product marketing team. Helping push the sales org in moving customers from one platform to other platforms
• Adhoc Analysis - Pull reports from different data sources, trend analysis, pricing mid points, Product orders etc
• Migrating data into presentable format using power BI
• High level set pricing governance and guideline, work with sales team for sales compensation and review price structure
• Understand the data streams and analyze the requirements, provide various financial analysis, Data analysis and interpretation

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Financial/Data Analyst in FP&A role with Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance. Chartered Accountant or MBA with specialization in Finance from a reputed institute is preferred.
• Prior experience with Cognos reporting (Report Studio), reporting tools like Power BI will be a plus
• Prior experience working remotely with a US multinational company is required
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to align with various teams across the organization
• Experience working with different data sources such as ERP systems knowledge (E.g. transaction flows) required (Oracle preferred)
• Prior Experience of designing and implementing reporting models and matrix with strong Data analytical skills
