The UKG Global Alliances Operations team is looking for an experienced Alliances Operation Lead to oversee a subset of programs and initiatives in support of the UKG Global Alliances partner ecosystem. Alliances Operations Lead will support partner initiatives to drive the success of our partnerships through operational excellence by taking our partners from development through a successful product launch. As part of the Global Alliances Operations Team, the Operations Lead will help our team grow a cohesive, strategic partnership program, supporting the go to market strategy for our partners, who offer significant product gap resolution and co-sell opportunities. This role will support partner initiatives to drive the success of our partnerships by improving operational excellence, driving sales efficiency, and helping to leverage untapped partner value.

We are looking for someone that can bring not just experience, motivation and energy to the team, but someone passionate about operations, alliances, customer experience, and ensuring our processes focus on program growth and sustainability. This team operates in a high-energy and fast-paced environment and requires an individual that is self-motivated and can manage numerous and concurrent initiatives. While attention to detail is crucial, the ability to be flexible, think quickly on your feet, and fully understand impact to the “big picture” is also important.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

- Act as first line operational support for the Connect Technology team within Global Alliances

- Work closely with the product, technology, sales, marketing to launch new partnership offerings

- Collaborate across departments to ensure all aspects of organizational readiness strategies are in line with product launches

- Maintain all partner project onboarding projects in Moovila

- Establish direct relationships with partners, including proactively resolving operational road blocks, while serving as an internal advocate.

- Partner and collaborate on program metric updates to ALL partner account records in Salesforce

- Coordinate, schedule and prepare new partner kick off calls

- Work closely with operation administration in the process of scheduling development meetings

- Track, analyze and communicate key metrics as they relate to partner progress through the program

- Coordinate joint activities and customer selection in support of Beta program

- Help set and drive new business processes to improve our ability to measure partner health

- Collaborate on the creation of Partner collateral for all new partner launches alongside of our Alliances Marketing team

- Assist with all launch activities, inclusive of but not limited to, internal communication, creation of content packs, adding additional content to the Salesforce Partner portal page, requesting content be posted to the customer learning center

- Responsibilities may extend to supporting operational tasks in support of our Services partners as well as taking on special projects as time allows.


Required Qualifications: 

3+ years with Project Management experience
Prior operations or process improvement experience at a enterprise level
Experience in leading multiple deadline projects
Prior experience with
Experience with project Management tool Moovila
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Organized and detail oriented
Strong analysis and decision-making abilities, including problem solving
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training:         
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or combination of education and experience in a business discipline (HR, Business, Project Management) and training
