This position is focused on the management of Alliances based partnerships across EMEA region specifically:

- Working with the VP Enterprise to identify and agree what partnerships need to be developed to support the EMEA sales regions in driving Product revenue growth
- Developing joint initiatives with the agreed partners to support expansion throughout EMEA focussing on four strategic countries
- Developing strategies with the top 8 pan European private equity companies to maximise investment in Kronos products and services
- Interfacing with the EMEA Channel Program manager to co-ordinate the execution of joint initiatives that will require access to assets, I.P., and resources from the Kronos Channel Program
- Interfacing with the Head of Channels & Alliances to ensure we have clear rules of engagement with the Channels & Alliances based partnerships


This role requires the successful candidate to work effectively with internal and external resources both within EMEA , and Globally

You will be responsible for the development and management of Alliances based partnerships in EMEA - this would include, but may not be limited to:
• Creating and maintaining Joint initiatives / Business Plans with agreed partners
• Execution and reporting against Joint Plans (Pipeline growth, Influence Product Revenue and Referenceable joint customers)
• Ability to work with agreed partners on activities that will drive lead generation and pipeline growth
• Provide strong support, advice and guidance to Channels and Alliance partners for deals winning
• Ensure all aspects of Kronos Channel Governance are confirmed with in respect of Channels & Alliances agreements, order and contracting documentation
• Mentoring ROE as guidance to maintain fair play on Channels & Alliance community

Qualifications

• Job duties are varied and complex requiring independent judgment.
• 4-5 years of Channel sales experience with focus on managing large Channels and Alliance based partnerships within a Software business
• Proven track records on Software Solutions Selling, Partner Management, Customer Engagement and Pipeline Management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, presentation skills,
• Travels will be required
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor degree/BTech/MBA or equivalent
