As a part of the Engineering Administrative Operations team, the Administrative Project Manager will provide day to day executive level support to the Vice President, Engineering and Vice President, Global Product Management and assists in supporting the Engineering organization.
• Assist VPs with calendar management, travel planning, coordinating customer meetings, conferences, and tele-conferences.
• Prepare expense reports, read, research, route and respond to correspondence inquiries.
• Oversee and direct special events including audio, visual; identify, negotiate and coordinate space; set up & breakdown, food & beverage, catering, decorations, assist with coordinating curriculum, reaching out to customers, and strategy for the day. Create and adapt administrative office procedures as necessary.
• The successful candidate must be a strong leader, possess a “can-do” positive attitude, be flexible and have exceptional ability to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and confidentiality, (external and internal), respond to the problems and needs of employees, suggest solutions and provide resolution guidance in order to drive transformation, develop and support long term relations.

Qualifications

The following core skills are required for success in this position:

• 10+ years’ experience inclusive of supporting Executive staff, project management, operations and event planning.
• Creative, energetic, “can-do” attitude with ability to change direction in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of personalities and complex situations
• Demonstrated strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail; analytical and problem-solving abilities with an ability to prioritize workload and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
