This role is for Accounts Payable Analyst I to process vendor invoices in Oracle application, initiate payments, ensure accurate accounting and ensure successful month end closure of Accounts Payable sub-ledger books.
The shift timing is for 11:30 am to 8:30 pm.

• Process daily wires, ACH payments received from customers in Oracle accounting system ensuring proper application and assist in applying everyday Lockbox activities, matching payments to the correct customers account
• Perform vendor accounts, credit card receipts etc. as well as general ledger account reconciliations per the corporate/statutory guidelines
• Assist in preparing Accounts Payable/Receivable dashboards and misc. reporting
• Assist in any process transitions, system implementations and documentations as necessary
• Support various internal as well as external audit exercises for Accounts Payable/Receivable functions


• 1-3 years of work experience
• Prior experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable functions, Oracle experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in commerce with a major in Accounting or Finance/MBA
• Good knowledge of accounting concepts
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge in MS Office such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word etc.
• Ability to embrace technology and change
• Capable to function professionally and maturely in a fast paced highly interactive work environment
• Strong people and customer service skills, advocate positive working relationships
