The Account Executive is responsible for both existing account management as well as new business development within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate for this role is experienced in establishing and cultivating relationships with current clients in such a way that both solidifies and protects current Kronos business, and one that opens opportunities for Kronos to provide these clients with additional products and services. The candidate should be fully versed in all things related to the Human Capital Management market and have a successful track record of managing and closing large and complex deals.

Job responsibilities include:
• Prospecting for new business with compelling and valuable insights
• Creating and finding new opportunities within existing account base
• Expertise crafting and delivering compelling proposals that include fact-based ROI justifications
• Identifying quality opportunities that create a value position for both Kronos and our clients. On-going pipeline development (pipeline should always be 3X annual quota)
• Establishing self as an expert in the market and develop C-Level relationships
• Building relationships at all levels within Kronos and account base
• Developing a detailed territory plan including individual account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts
• Developing thorough understanding of each account's industry and business
• Consistently keep updated with accurate account/prospect status and other pertinent information


• BA/BS or equivalent strongly preferred
• 5+ years proven success selling Cloud/SaaS based software solutions at the C level
• Experience with Challenger, Power Base Selling Methodology or similar Sales methodology desired
• Experience selling a Workforce Management or Human Capital Management (HCM) software solution strongly preferred
• Consistently exceeded a $1 Million+ quota
• Superior negotiation, written and verbal communication skills
• Up to 50% travel
